We ship using the United States Postal Service.

How much will shipping cost?
Our View Cart includes a convenient shipping calculator that allows you to calculate the shipping costs before completing the order form and placing your order.

How long will it take for my candles to arrive?
US Postal Service Priority Mail requires approximately 2-3 business days to deliver a package, depending on your location. Please allow 2-3 days for the candle to be made before shipping as every candle is individually made to order by skilled artisans. Contact us at 800-429-2081 or info@seetoncompany.com if you need to receive your order sooner.

How to Place a Custom Order

We are pleased to offer a wide variety of customization options for your candles, such as:

  • Many candle colors to choose from
  • Choose a verse for your candle from our selections, or provide your own verse in the field provided in the order form
  • Use our designs, or provide your own design to be used on your candle by mail or email (Use your invitation design on your candle!)
  • A wide variety of candle holders to match your ceremony theme or contact us if you are looking of something different
  • Have a unique idea? Contact Us and we will try to accommodate you

Rush Orders
For rush orders or bulk orders, such as for weddings and special events, please call Nancy, our customer service specialist, at 1-800-429-2081 or email info@seetoncompany.com. We can usually accommodate rush orders within 3 days of the event. A $20 rush fee may apply, as well as additional shipping charges.

Has My Package Shipped?

Refunds and Exchanges
If we have made an error in fulfilling your order, please Contact Us so that we may determine if you would like to return or exchange the item in question. Items may be returned within 30 days of ordering. Please Contact Us and we will provide you with a return address.
